The Summary of Experience Builder is a practical APC preparation tool developed by experienced APC assessors to help candidates place their project examples under the correct competencies and levels, and articulate their experience clearly and confidently within the strict RICS word count limits.

It provides a step-by-step framework of reference examples and prompts for each competency and level, while allowing you to personalise every statement based on your own projects. This ensures your submission remains original and fully compliant with RICS expectations.

The Builder helps candidates address common challenges such as:

• All core, optional and mandatory competencies
• A dozen concise reference examples at level 1
