1. Presentation & Interview Preparation (On-Demand)

You will receive access to two pre-recorded webinars:

• Preparing your 10-minute presentation (2 hours)
• APC Interview techniques and assessor expectations (1.5 hours)

2. 10-minute Presentation Coaching (1 Hour)

A focused one-to-one session to refine your delivery and approach:

• Practice of your 10-minute presentation
• Targeted feedback on structure, clarity and communication
• APC questioning focused on your Case Study

3. Interview Coaching – Competencies (2 hours)

Additional two hours of one-to-one mentoring, delivered in one or two sessions, to prepare you for the technical and mandatory competency questions.

This programme is not based on rehearsing answers or working through generic question lists.

Instead, it focuses on helping you:

• Understand how assessors think
• Structure your answers effectively under time pressure
• Demonstrate competence across all required levels
• Approach the interview as a professional discussion, not an exam
