APC training – Module 8: Risk Management

This APC revision module comprises of a single unit and equates to 40 minutes of formal CPD.

Risk Management is a very common and straightforward choice as an optional competency for many candidates in the construction pathways. If you have managed a few risk registers, have calculated risk allowances and assessed risk mitigation measures, this competency will be suitable for you. If you have extensive working experience of administrating NEC contracts, Risk Management should appear as a logical choice.

This module will provide you with all the level 1 knowledge in Quantification and Costing. In addition, your APC trainer will explain you how to demonstrate level 2 in this competency.

Advice to complete your summary of experience and examples of common APC questions are provided throughout the training videos. You will also be given access to associated study notes and revision materials.
